 How To Make Coriander Chutney | Tomato Kothimeera Pachadi



Today we will prepare Tomato Coriander Chutney.Take a pan and add 2 spoon of oil Add 10 green chilli Add 1 spoon Split Urad dal Add 1/2 tsp cumin seeds Add 10 garlic cloves Fry these in oil for a min Add 2 cups of cleaned coriander Mix the coriander leaves with oil After 2 mins, Add 1 cup of chopped tomato Add 1 spoon of soaked tamarind Give a mix Add 1 spoon salt Close the lid and cook for 5 mins After 5 mins, Keep it aside to cool Add this mix to mixer Grind it to a paste For tempering, Add some oil in a pan Add 1 crushed garlic Add 2 red chilli Add 1/2 tsp of cumin and mustard seeds Add some curry leaves After 2 mins, add the chutney to tempering That's it, Very tasty tomato coriander chutney is ready.
