Today we will prepare fish curry with tamarind.Take a pan and add 2 spoon oil.Add 1 cup chopped onion.Add 5 green chilli.Mix onions with oil.Add 1 tsp salt.Mix the salt with onions.Close with lid and cook for 5 mins After 5 mins, add 2 or 3 long okra pieces.Next add Fish curry pieces By adding okra pieces, fish curry will taste better Add some curry leaves Add 3 spoon red chilli powder Add 1/2 tsp turmeric powder Add 1 spoon sesame seed powder Add 1 spoon salt Add 2 cups of water Mix the fish with all ingredients Close with lid and cook for 5 mins After 5 mins, Add 1/2 cup tamarind juice Mix the gravy with fish Close with lid and cook for another 2 mins Take a mixer, add 2 tsp coriander seeds 1 tsp cumin seeds 10 garlic cloves and grind it Add this masala to curry Give a good mix Add coriander leaves Close the lid and cook for another 1 min After 1 min, you can see the oil floating on the curry That's it Very tasty Fish curry with Tamarind juice is ready.
